From February 2025 the community-operators-prod repository will only accept OLM bundles that are created using the File Based Catalog (FBC) format: https://github.com/redhat-openshift-ecosystem/community-operators-prod/discussions/5031.

In order to continue to releasing the Infinispan project to Openshift, it's necessary for us to convert our existing bundles to the FBC format and update our release process so that FBC is used going forward.
