To eliminate the need to recreate the RemoteCacheManager for every user query, would like to see the Hot Rod client obtain the Subject off the current thread. By enabling this, the heavy weight of recreating RemoteCachemManager could be eliminated.

The assumption here is that all initial configuration settings are used, only the change in subject that should be used.
