ISPN-15916 added Keystore reloading capabilities to the Infinispan server, however this does not apply to the XSite GossipRouter. We should add the equivalent of the ReloadingX509KeyManager to JGroups so that the GossipRouter is also able to automatically reload certificates at runtime.
