[Console] Space in Cache name field disables all buttons

      Go to cache creation page. Write a name for the cache and try to enter a space, you will see that the space is not entered but all buttons are disabled. Only "Cancel" link is available.
      It is necessary to enter another allowed symbol to the field so that the buttons get enabled again. See the attached screen recording.
