Steps to reproduce:
Go to cache container -> click Add cache -> enter cache name, select some base configuration and check the "Edit base configuration" checkbox -> click Next -> click Create.

New cache should have been created, however currently I get a popup windows with title "Error" and text "{}" (yes, really empty brackets).

Please note that I wasn't able to reproduce this issue with upstream snapshot.
