In order to utilise a custom `spec.image` it's necessary for an existing Infinispan CR to be deleted and recreated with the update field.

This impacts the proposed RH DG Patching Process as it will result in users losing all persisted cache entries on upgrade, as the PVCs associated with the original Infinispan CR will be removed on recreation.
