Currently the DG Operator utilises the ubi8/ubi image, we should utilise ubi8/ubi-micro instead in order to:

• Reduce CVE attack surface
• Reduce image footprint

The upstream operator already uses this approach.

The builder image should be based upon ubi8/go-toolset and the the runtime image ubi8/ubi-micro
