Trace main cache operations with OpenTelemetry

We want to trace from the HotRod and REST server the main cache operation, such as replace, put, clear, getForReplace, remove operations and size.

The spans should be exported using the OpenTelemetry tracing standard.

Moreover, we want to allow client applications using OpenTelemetry tracing to correlate their client side created spans with the causally related Infinispan server spans.
