[Operator] podTargetLabel updates not reflected in pods

If a user adds/updates the infinispan.org/podTargetLabels annotation, or the corresponding labels on an existing Infinispan CR, the updates are not propagated to the StatefulSet pods. Instead the user has to remove the StatefulSet manually, or recreate the Infinispan CR.

It should be possible for a user to update these annotation/labels and a StatefulSet rolling upgrade be triggered.
