CLI should be able to flush the Security cache as REST can

    Description

      User and Group relations are cached.
      If a user or group is changed, here LDAP, there is a possiblity that the change is not visible for the DG server.
      With REST `v2/security/cache?action=flush` can be used to do this, but it is expected to have a CLI command as well.
