from eng. issue: Regular OpenShift users don't have authorization to manipulate ServiceMonitors unless granted by admin. This makes default Helm Chart invalid for those user and will fail on not having authorization to create ServiceMonitor. We should consider disabling monitoring by default in Infinispan Helm Chart.
