Metering labels for Operator are incorrect.

The names for a subset of the metering labels was incorrect in epic brief. The epic brief has been updated with the correct labels in red.

The following changes need to be made to the labels for documentation, operators, openshift templates, or helm charts that have shipped.
 
com.redhat.product-name changed to rht.prod_name
com.redhat.product-version changed to rht.prod_ver
com.redhat.component-name changed to rht.comp
com.redhat.component-version changed to rht.comp_ver
com.redhat.subcomponent-name changed to rht.subcomp
com.redhat.componenent-type changed to rht.subcomp_t
