[Operator] Old Labels not removed on upgrade from 8.3.9.CSV to 8.4.0.CSV

      After upgrade the pods still have the following labels:

          rht.comp_ver: 8.3.0
    rht.prod_name: Red_Hat_Runtimes
    com.redhat.product-version: 2022-Q2
    env: uat
    com.redhat.component-version: 8.3.1
    com.redhat.component-name: Data_Grid

      I believe this is because the spec.version will default to the 8.3.1-1 operand, resulting in the StatefulSet not being updated.
