When using Maven it is possible to have transitive dependencies pulled in twice if both the uberjar and other features are included. This can result in errors if the wrong jars are pulled in.

The documentation should clearly indicate that one or the other approach should be used, and include examples of excluding dependencies to prevent this issue.
