[Operator] Cache CR created by listener is not removed upon disabling the listener

When user creates cache via REST/HotRod, the listener will create Cache CR for that cache on the OpenShift side. If the user disables the listener after that, it's expected that the Cache CR created by the listener will be removed, the Cache CR is not removed however.
