hadoop-samples in quickstart binary is based on community bits

The `hadoop-samples` which is included in jdg-quickstarts uses the productized version of infinispan and it uses docker for running the examples, i.e. it uses a predefined image for infinispan server. Even though there is no docker image created for productized version.

Currently the samples use the following image:
gustavonalle/infinispan-server:$INFINISPAN_VERSION , where the INFINISPAN_VERSION is got from the maven project version, e.g. for 7.1.0.DR1 it is 8.4.0.DR1-redhat-1.

I have looked in https://hub.docker.com/r/gustavonalle/infinispan-server/tags/ and there are no images created for productized version.
One more point, I guess it would be necessary to store the image in private Red Hat repo as it will be a docker image for JDG server.

Update:
One more point: specifically the hadoop-samples uses the 8.3.0.Final-redhat-1 ISPN version, instead of the one which is used for 7.1.0.DR1 build.
