[Operator] Crash files should be persistent for post-mortem analysis

      In case of native and/or JVM crashes a crash report (like this article) might be generated.
      But this is persisted within the local pod environment and will not survive the restart.
      As well as optional HeapDump on Exit might be useful as well.

      For such cases it would be good if such reports are enabled by default and use a PV.

      It is possible to add the JVM options manually and use the existing PV (/opt/infinispan/server/data) for this.
