ISPN-Spark2 dependencies not updated

ISPN-Spark connector for Spark2 has outdated dependencies in project/Versions.scala. I know canonical source of dependencies and version for build is maven pom.xml, but we need project/Versions.scala to be up to date to be able to run the tests. Adjusting maven plugin to execute also test during the build works for me as well, it's up to you what you prefer.
