Enables syncing Data Grid caches with OpenShift CR definitions. Any CRUD operation on Cache CR should be reflected on the server side and vice versa. Any CRUD operation on server side should result in consistent view Cache CRs.

Users need to explicitly enable a listener pod to enable bidirectional reconciliation with the configListener field.
