    Description

      We should be transitioning from the Java EE API dependencies to the Jakarta EE equivalents which still retain the javax namespace internally:

      jakarta.transaction:jakarta.transaction-api:1.3.3
      jakarta.enterprise:jakarta.enterprise.cdi-api:2.0.2
      jakarta.persistence:jakarta.persistence-api:2.2.3
