[CLI] Kubernetes mode - shell doesn't interpret arrow keys properly

      Shell doesn't understand arrow keys when executed via kubectl plugin:

      $ ./oc infinispan shell --podName dev-setup-0
[disconnected]> ^[[D^[[C^[[B^[[A
