Readme file issues in C# client installation

The readme file in the installation directory has issues:
1) it recommends .NET 4.0, the correct one is 4.5
2) it recommends Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2010 while the minimum is 2013
3) it mentions 32-bit version while we don't support it, we only support 64-bit
4) it contains links to outdated documents
