Go to cache -> configuration.

After edit of any field in the configuration, I get - see attachment 1.
If I try to create new cache, I get - see attachment 2.

This is clear regression, some parts of the cache configuration were working before. I tried it with all types of caches. With invalidation, no options shows at all.
