Multiple schema fixes

    Description

      Includes the following fixes:

      • The 'passivation' attribute belongs to the 'persistence' element and not to each configured 'store'.
      • The attribute 'name' is no longer used and it can be removed from 'store' element.
      • The attribute 'key-to-string-mapper' is missing for jdbc-mixed and jdbc-based store in the schema.
      • The following attributes are wrong:
        • connection-timeout => connect-timeout
        • min-idle => min-idle-time
        • test-while-idle => test-idle
        • time-between-eviction-runs => eviction-interval
