[RFE] Add support for spatial searches for Ickle queries

    Description

      I want to be able to use queries which show the nearest point

      Here an example:
      The cache hold all shop locations world wide and instead of a query like "give me a shop in New York" it should be possible to perform spatial query which give the nearest or any in a range.
      Like "give me a shop nearest to Basel" or "give me shop within 50km from Paderborn"
