Steps to Reproduce:

Start two JDG server instances in a cluster.
Put some data in the cluster, so there will be stats (different for each node).
View the above pages in the admin console.

Expected result: the stats for the listed node
Actual result: the coordinator's stats, but labelled as stats for the listed node

JDG client/server mode, standalone, clustered.xml

On the admin console of the coordinator, the page listing cache stats for all cluster members just lists the coordinator's stats over and over labelled with each member.
http://localhost:9990/console/index.html#/containers/standalone/clustered/caches/distributed-cache/default/nodes
On other members this page only lists the coordinator, not the other nodes (separate bug?).

The admin console pages showing stats for a particular member just shows the coordinator's stats, but labelled for that member.
