Document how to use a server in a test environment to run tests for HotRod clients

As a developer I would to have tests for clients which can run automatically in a test environment.
As the HotRodServer is not supported for embedded more (aka Hybrid mode) and there are differences in behaviour there should be a documented way how to use the DG server in such environment and how it can be started and stopped
