Administration console - Counters tab - reset counter operation: doesn't work

      1. Create counter.
      2. Increase or decrease it's value (e.g. via CLI)
      3. Refresh and check 'Current value' field
      3. Click 'Reset'
      4. Confirm
      5. Refresh and check 'Current value' field - it hasn't changed.
      Expected:
      Current value reverted to initial counter value
