JDG-Spark depends on old JDG version

JDG-Spark connector depends on old JDG version, see Versions.scala.

I guess this needs to be update automatically during release, therefore I'm filing it under packaing component. If this needs to be update manually by developers, please change component to analytics component (sorry, I'm not familiar with productization process).
