Management console does not shows the correct IP address for different servers

      start a JDG instance on different machines

      bin/standalone.sh -b <IP> -c clustered.xml

      and access the management console.
      The cache view shows the correct nodes, as well as the cluster view.
      But the cluster view show the local IP address for all nodes. So all listed nodes have the same IP address as the management console

    Description

      If standalone instances run with clustered.xml configuration on different host machines the console will show the correct node names but the ip address is the local one for all nodes
