Build process for JDG needs to be fully automated
Generating JDG builds should ideally involve no manual steps, and must be built continuously in a CI/CD fashion

Requirements:

• Identify tasks which can be automated and which will remain manual
• Periodically build "snapshot" JDG deliverables in Jenkins
• One-click build of deliverables for release
• Provide a way of intervening manually if the above does not work
• Make the automation scripts/tools visible and available for modification by the whole team
