Server patch doesn't patch the server to the correct version

The server version after applying the patch is 8.3.1.DR2-redhat-1, it should be 8.3.1.DR3-redhat-1
(Tested with JDG 7.0.0.GA version of the server - 8.3.0.Final-redhat-1)

Also, the readme file contains references to EAP:

• Patch Management with EAP 6.2+
