Default quickstart maven build fails on bean-validation-custom-constraint test

The bean-validation-custom-constraint quickstarts default maven build (mvn install) runs a test which requires a container. The error message just states that the test could not start the container. It would be better if the build could check for the required configuration, such as path to eap container, and then print a more helpful error message if the required configuration is not available.
