          [JDF-759] Include EAP 6.3 in stacks.yaml file

I verified that the EAP 6.3 download in JBDS works correctly now.

          PR merged

At the risk of creating a firestorm:

          1) The download-manager API now works, so that's good, but...
          2) JBossTools cannot use the installer jar. We can only use the zip file.

Assuming this doesn't hurt others' usecases, we kindly request the URL be changed to https://www.jboss.org/download-manager/jdf/file/jboss-eap-6.3.0.GA.zip

          PR to come soon

Stacks URL is ok. Waiting now for download-manager to be fixed.

This should be fixed on wednessday, not sure what time. We should re-test on thursday to verify.

Rafael Benevides (Inactive) added a comment - Ok. That URL is already used at stacks: https://github.com/jboss-developer/jboss-stacks/blob/1.0.0.Final/stacks.yaml#L2458

You need to add "/jdf" before "/file" or "/content" whatever version of the link you use:

          https://www.jboss.org/download-manager/jdf/file/jboss-eap-6.3.0.GA-installer.jar

The URL you just provided does not use the jdf rest api and so is not suitable for use by our eclipse plugins. Our eclipse plugins depend on certain xml responses provided by the jdf rest api. Your URL uses the standard download-manager urls and provide no xml responses about workflow, next step (approving t&c), etc.
