After a discussion with pmuir, it was agreed that refactoring the QS to Package by feature, not layer made sense.

NOTE: While this Quickstart is based on the kitchensink model, it has diverged a bit. Once this is complete this refactoring can then be a template for how to refactor the kitchensink ones.

Also, refactor the class 'member' to 'contact' to make the code more readable.
