I've updated the ejb-remote quick start with the following changes:

1 - build with the ejb plugin so a client jar gets generated with the remote interfaces
2 - the remote client application only depends on the jar with the remote interfaces
3 - neated up the ejb naming comments
4 - added maven-assembly-plugin so it can build a complete executable jar as the remote client
