In the introduction to TicketMonster [1] users are advised to get a copy of JBDS 5. It says you can get it here:
http://www.jboss.org/tools/download/
That is actually the JBoss Tools download page, but at the top you get a link for JBDS:
http://devstudio.jboss.com/download/
You land on https://devstudio.jboss.com/download/6.x.html which at the bottom contains a link to JBDS 5:
https://devstudio.jboss.com/download/5.x.html
From there you can click Download Now which gets you to CSP (where you need to register).
I think it's rather difficult and could be made easier. Perhaps cut the long way by using a link to https://devstudio.jboss.com/download/5.x.html
A related question: Maybe it's time to update the recommended JBDS version to 6?
