The JBossWS CXF test suite should be run against Apache CXF 4.0.x upstream at least every week in order to identify regressions as soon as possible.

In the past it happened that a change causing a regression was introduced in Apache CXF and it became visible in JBossWS CXF only once the Apache CXF was released.

This issue tracks the work needed to setup a GitHub workflow that is scheduled to run tests every week and use the latest Apache CXF 4.0.x SNAPSHOT.
