jbossws-spi compile error, Unable to find javadoc command

      jbossws-spi  does not complete compiling do to error,

      [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-javadoc-plugin:3.1.1:jar 
(default) on project jbossws-api: MavenReportException: 
Error while generating Javadoc: Unable to find javadoc command: The environment 
variable JAVA_HOME is not correctly set.

      Updating plugin version resolves the failure.
