      Upgrade WildFly version to 28.0.1.Final and WildFly dev verison to 29.0.0.FInal-SNAPSHOT
      The wildfly28 profile and version number can be changed to wildfly-dev or something else, then we don't need to change the profile name and other version properties for the each WFLY major release.
