Remove jbossws.integration.target in pom.xml and other configurations

After jbossws-cxf is migrated to jakarta namespace and supported wildfly27 and wildfly28(jakarta version). There is no difference in these two versions for jbossws-cxf installation. We can look at removing this integration target from jbossws-cxf.
