Drop test profile wildfly2300 and 24.0.0.Final

Profile wildfly2300 has no property defined for the archive and this version
is quite old.  Dropping profile wildfly2400 will allow the server config
groovy scripts to be consolidated to a single set of elytron based config
files.  The legacy server config files can be removed.  

These profiles remain in tagged version jbossws-cxf-5.5.0.Final, so we
still have a fall back for these files and profiles.
