    Description

      Test org/jboss/test/ws/jaxws/cxf/jbws3648/PolicyAttachmentTestCase fails with
      with java.lang.NullPointerException.

      The cause is in 

          cxf/rt/ws/security/src/main/java/org/apache/cxf/ws/security/tokenstore/EHCacheTokenStore.java
    line 126 cacheManager is returned as null
    cacheManager is type org.ehcache.CacheManager

      Most likely this failure is related to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/JBWS-4259

      The test is being excluded until the issue is resolved.
