Add cxf.interceptors.infault and cxf.interceptors.outfault properties to jboss-webservices.xml

    Description

      We currently support configuring CXF InInterceptors and OutInterceptors in the jboss-webservices.xml using the cxf.interceptors.in and cxf.interceptors.out properties.

      However, there are no similar properties for configuring an InFaultInterceptor or OutFaultInterceptor. Can we add properties for these as well?
