We have EndpointPublisher deployment issues with wsdls containing schema imports when the wsdl and schema files are not in WEB-INF/wsdl folder. When using the EndpointPublisher directly, the base path for looking up schemas should be directly derived from the directory included in wsdlLocation if any.
