MetadataBuilder does not re-use WebserviceMetadata parsed into AS integration layer

    Description

      MetadataBuilder::processWSDDContribution(DDEndpoint endpoint, ArchiveDeployment dep) forces additional check / parse of webservices.xml descriptor while it should re-use the metadata coming from ASIL where that descriptor is already parsed.
