JAXRPC SchemaBindingBuilder can't rely on jaxws integration classloader (AS7)

org.jboss.ws.core.jaxrpc.binding.jbossxb.SchemaBindingBuilder needs to provide the proper jaxrpc integration classloader when building the JBossWSEntityResolver, otherwise that's not going to be able to get jbossws-entities.properties resource when the JBossWS-CXF stack is installed.
