Add AS7 RemoteDeployer to jbossws container integration

We need different versions of AS7 RemoteDeployer for running jbossws testsuite against AS 7.0.x and AS 7.1.x, so that needs to be added to the container integration project. However, the RemoteDeployer is not to be deployed, while the rest of the container integration is not to be available on client classpath, so a separate jar needs to be produced by the container integration maven build (hence with a different classifier).
