cxf-xjc-bug671 dependency is not needed anymore, as the fix that's meant to provide a workaround for is included in JAXB 2.1.12 or greater and we're currently using JAXB 2.2.
Moreover, we should move to version 2.4.0 of cxf-xjc plugins, as that's what's consumed by CXF 2.4.x.
