Support for both EJB3 and POJO WS endpoints in war archives

    Description

      As a consequence of supporting JSR109 v.1.3 it's required to support mixed set of EJB3 and POJO endpoints into war archive deployments.
      That basically makes the assumption behind the DeploymentType enum invalid. We need to move to an EndpointType concept and review most of the deployment aspects and some metadata to properly support this usecase.
